Atelier CLARK’s mission is to support, assist and encourage artists, artisans and visual art students of the Montreal area by giving them access — at reduced rates — to a specialized woodshop.
Services available
| Access to a woodworking and carpentry shop for the creation of art projects. |
| Assistance and supervision of projects by on-site technicians. |
| Custom-built orders such as exhibition furniture, stretchers, shipping crates, etc. |

| Ordering of competitively priced materials. |
| These services are offered to artists, organizations and cultural workers from the Montreal community. |
These services are also available to organizations and cultural practitioners in the Montreal community.
Membership
To use the woodshop’s services, artists and artisans must hold a valid membership, payable annually*. They must also prove sufficient knowledge of basic woodworking skills and use of hand tools and machinery available in the woodshop.
*Memberships are for individuals only and are non-transferable. Memberships may be revoked in case of non-compliance to regulations of use or safety measures in place in the woodshop.

*The rates and fees above apply to artistic and personal projects. Projects of a commercial or contractual nature are subject to a separate rate scale. Please contact us for a consultation before beginning your project in order to determine feasibility and the applicable fees and rates.
